We do not sell or promote counterfeit, inspired, or imitation fragrances — every decant originates from the genuine designer or niche bottle.

Each order is hand-decanted in a clean, controlled environment using:

Medical-grade syringes or sterile pipettes
High-quality glass or plastic atomizers (depending on size)
Airtight sealing to prevent leakage or contamination
We handle all bottles with gloves and sanitize surfaces before and after each decanting session.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on decants or opened fragrances.

However, if your package arrives damaged or the atomizer leaks, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
